Diner idea: our colorful salad !
This salad is so easy to make you'll come back to it every week! It's healthy and perfect for you when you come back from one of your workouts. This recipe is for 4 people, so that you can feed your group of friends when they are coming over, feel free to adapt it ;)

What you're going to need:

1/2 lime
-
pepper
-
salt
-
olive oil
-
600g of pasta
-
2 slices of smoked salmond

Let's get started!

Step 1: Cook the pasta and drain it. Add a full spoon of olive oil.

Step 2: Let it cool down for a moment (15 minutes should do it). Meanwhile, chop the salmon finely.
​
Step 3: Incorporate the salmon to the pasta. Add pepper and salt to it (be careful, not too much! Even better, don't put any salt in it).
​
Step 4: Add a touch of lime (unlike salt, put as much as you want!).
​
Step 5: Mix and serve!

If you'd like, you can also add chives or parsley. Another idea is to put some sliced apple in addition to all this :D
